Marquee Venues

Ampfield House

Ampfield House, near Romsey in Hampshire offers a sensational setting for a marquee function for your wedding, summer ball or corporate event. The original house and gardens date back to 1750 and its manicured gardens and lawns, which are now owned by the country’s most renowned nursery, Hilliers, represent a stunning setting for a marquee.

We have teamed up with Keats Restaurant and Events to provide a tailored and bespoke package to meet all your needs. We are able to supply a marquee capable seating up to 350 people. The gardens provide a wonderful location which we can further emphasise through the use of well positioned uplighters which makes the garden look truly stunning at night.

White Horse at Ampfield

The White Horse at Ampfield, offers a delightfully different option for a marquee venue. Parts of the ancient building of the White Horse date back to the 16th century, and the two large Inglenook open fires bear testament to their heritage with their smoking chambers and their priest hole. These fires which are always alight during the winter months throw their heat into the various bar areas.

Recently awarded with a coveted Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence, the pub can accommodate up to 40 people sitting and many more standing in its Lounge Bar. Used by many people as a dining area, it still retains its “Olde World Charm”. A comfortable Chesterfield and deep farmhouse chairs merely add to the pleasant ambience of this lovely area. The more recently added restaurant has been built in a new area that extends towards the lovely pub garden. Seating 90 customers it makes a perfect place to enjoy the excellent food that is always available.
